Voting Underway for May 21 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race Fan Favorite

“The very best of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will battle on stock car racing’s all-star night in the 32nd blockbuster running of the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race. Sparks will fly in this checkers or wreckers non-points event with $1 million for the winner. The schedule also includes high-speed pit stop qualifying where the over-the-wall crews strut their stuff.” That’s the official description posted by NASCAR to showcase the event that unfolds the weekend before the Coca Cola 600 this year. It’s a wild night for the sport, with an anything goes scramble to pocket the one million dollar prize, and generally produces some fascinating laps of competition reminiscent of the old days of Saturday night racing.

Details for the event are:
Date: Saturday, May 21, 2016
Time: 7:30 pm
Place: Charlotte Motor Speedway
